We vacuum form pan, or pan embossed sign faces with modified impact resistant acrylic, or polycarbonate. We can produce a face up to 8’ x 20’ in one piece. Larger faces can be produced with seams. White or clear, blank or decorated. We use 3-M brand 3630 translucent vinyl, or we spray the inside surface of clear AC or PC plastic, in one of our two full sized paint booths.
